How can I make money with my 250K likes Facebook fanpage?

While browsing the web, I stumbled with this question posted in a forum site in which the user claimed that he/she want to make money from 250K likes Facebook fanpage.

That’s the time I also think about it and ask myself, “yeah why not”?

So here are the most liked answers on how to make money in Facebook with 250K likes in fanpage. You can make money by doing these three things!

  1. Promoting your product via your fan page

If you already have a physical or digital product of your own that you want to sell, then you can promote it within your page considering that you already have the large quantity of fanpage likers. Another advantage is the interest on what your page is about – potential customers in Facebook usually like pages that fits their interests.

Example: If you’re page is about yoga, then Facebook users who loved yoga will like it and will definitely buy something from you if they find it helpful to them or something that can give solution to their problems.

  1. Promoting your Service via your fan page

This option usually applies to local services. Example: If you love to bake sweet and nutritious cupcakes, then you can take orders from your likers who located nearby. It’s also an advantage because they already know you for some time by the way you post on your page so they will not hesitate to get your services.

For non-local customers, this goes similar to freelancing where you can offer something that you’re good at with a corresponding rate per hour or per project. I’m talking on services like virtual assistants, article writers, web designers, bloggers, and other services that involve creation of digital products.

  1. Advertising someone’s product or service

If you don’t have the first two options, then it’s time to try affiliate marketing wherein you need to promote someone’s product or services in exchange for a reasonable commission.

This is the most used option nowadays in fanpages since page owners usually create pages that are targeted to a specific interest so it’s not impossible to monetize it with affiliate products. Fanpages with affiliate product promotions are usually driven by ads to get more likes aside from the organic way.

This strategy has been proven by many and proofs have been scattered around the web that’s why fanpage with this quantity of likes is already a gold mine. That’s how Facebook users make money from fanpage.

So there you go the options on how to make money from your fanpage with 250K likes.

My experience using Facebook Ads the first time (November 2016)

Hello guys, I just want to share my experience in creating and using Facebook ads the first time and I can say that it’s a little tricky and exciting at the same time.

fb ads success stories

Page Likes

The first ad that I created was for Page Likes where I promoted a fanpage about an international product about hair loss which I’d like to call this an experiment. The page contain posts about hair and all about our head. I targeted people who has interest in hair loss, hair products, shampoo, etc., from the specific states in United States.

In creating the ad, it was not accepted the first time since Facebook does not allow body parts with damages (vanishing hair) to be featured in the ad so I created a new image with a hair brush photo which is a lot simpler and there it was accepted. Unfortunately, after running for 2 days reaching 187 people, I only got 3 likes (P92.39/like) and spent a total of P277.16.

This result is frustrating but I know there’s something that caused this which I am figuring out until now. Later I found out from Facebook notification that it was because of the image which has too much text in it. I am not closing my door on this and I’ll come back promoting again the page after studying the loopholes for this.

Post Engagements

The next ad I created was about Post Engagements which was actually a boosted post after being suggested by Facebook on my page’s timeline. In this ad, I boosted my existing post with dramatic photo of Filipinos working hard for living and commuting every day in buses, trains, MRT/LRT. In the text description, I quoted an emotional line about changing lives thru certain opportunities with a link to a video of my affiliate product.

I ran this for 3 days targeting people with interests in jobs, travel, time freedom, etc. and I reached 888 people this time. I got 81 (P1.85/ppe) post engagements and spent P150 as standard amount suggested by Facebook. By the way, the 81 post engagements is a combination of both post and page likes. I’m happy with this result since it has reached people not only for awareness but also for increasing page likes which was actually my first intention.

What I learned for creating this ad is that the creativity of the photo used and some touching lines in post description can cause nice results which actually attract people to click on it and be curious on what it is about. Post boosting is actually a low cost yet effective way to promote your page or business offers and you must try it as early as now.

Website Clicks

The third ad that I created was for website clicks with the purpose to promote my affiliate link with sales funnel in it for lead generation. I created a photo grabbed from a free stock photo site and include a two-line catchy text. This time I reached 26, 264 Facebook users and got 958 (P0.52) link clicks which is very low for this type of ad. So far the results I got from this campaign is not bad since I also got email signups in my sales funnel so I can still send follow ups to them from time to time. I’m planning to run another ad similar to this but with different image to test out if what’s really working.

I’m still in the experimentation phase but I slowly get results so I will go further and figure out what’s working and how I can optimize it to get high results for my business.

For those who want to get results right away, then Facebook ads is one of the best things you can do jumpstart your business and get the goal that you want to achieve.

Please share if you find this helpful. Until the next post. Thanks.

So ano ba ang blog?

Ganito yun…

Ang blog ay parang isang TV station.

Ano bang meron sa isang TV station?

Sa isang TV station, may mga channels, shows at advertisements.

So bakit natin nai-compareang blog to sa TV station?

SO PAANO i-apply ang PROSPECTING dito?

10 Guides on How to Buy a Condominium in a Cheap Price

5 Pointers on How to Get a Condo Near You

Buyers Guide on Buying a Condominium Near Makati City

The Proven System To Make Php1000 In Just 10 Days

Exact System That Resigned Employees Used To Make Money At Home

So anong business meron ka – weight loss, MLM, beauty products, real estate, cake business, etc.?

Paano ba yang call to action?

Halimbawa, kung may affiliate link, video presentation or homepage ka sa business mo or sa product mo, pwede mong sabihin dun na CLICK THIS TO WATCH THE VIDEO or CLICK THE BUTTON TO SIGNUP or ENTER YOUR EMAIL TO RECEIVE THE VIDEO PRESENTATION.

So parang ganyan lang.

Salamat at Good luck!

10 Effective Characteristics of a Great Sales Person

Can explain complexity – As a salesperson, you need to have an in-depth knowledge about the product you are selling such as what it can do to the customer, the WHAT IFs of the product, supplies, etc. to enable to market it to different kinds of people in different approach.

  1. Ability to handle customer objections – This is one of the most important characteristic that a salesperson should have since objections cannot be avoided in some cases. Example if the customer complains about the price, then a salesperson should have an extra bucket of explanations on why the price is at that range and most likely tackle on the advantage side. Of course, to avoid being bias, a salesperson needs to be honest on the advantage and disadvantage of the product you are selling.
  2. Closers and process-driven – These two are in sequence, meaning if you can sell fast using your approach, you don’t stop there. Keep innovating on what works best to get your products sold in a very minimal time and less effort. Keeping contact with past customers is also healthy for a salesperson to be able to reach them whenever new products are introduced.
  3. Team player – Of course, if you are in a team, you need to communicate with other team mates to keep in touch on what’s new and what are their struggles in selling that you can possibly help. Being in a team needs coordination and deep relationship especially if you are on the same product or same nature of products. Coach them and be coachable also. Listen to others as this might also help in your approach of selling.
  4. Don’t be pushy – This is what customers hate the most so avoid pushing them to the product unless you have a mild approach to make them change their mind quickly.
  5. Honest – As covered in #2, this is also separate factor since being honest not only to your customers but also to yourself will help you grow believing in yourself above anything else. This will also gain you trust from customers who like to know more about the product rather than regretting in the end. Avoid making promises that are not attainable to avoid trouble against your potential customers.
  6. Ask questions – This will enable you to get their attention and most likely gives you an idea as a salesperson on what is the right product for that customer’s needs.
  7. Follow up – Since not all the people you met are interested with the product on the spot, it’s best to follow up them after once in a while to keep up with the momentum before they forgot you and your product unless they are your neighbors. 🙂
  8. Shares own story – This is important especially for opportunity products, healing products or anything that have lifted you up out of misery. This will help you gain trust since customers will get to know you and what you’ve been through.
  9. Thanks giver – Sounds good but this is the most important whether the person buys the product or not. This is to at least credit the person who listened to you or watched your presentation. As a salesperson you will harvest the sweetest fruit in the end if this is done every time you market your product.

Maraming salamat! Please share if this is useful to you.

What other sites and tools that an affiliate should have?

This is one of the common questions asked by online entrepreneurs and affiliates on how to market their product using other digital marketing tools aside from Facebook as one of the most popular social media sites in the world.

So here are some that are not so familiar to you but used by many in promoting their product in the internet:

1. Twitter – You can share your product through a tweet in this site same as sharing in Facebook but has a character limit of 140 characters. But the site announced that in the coming there will be changes in the count depending on tweets or responses.

2. Linkedin – This social media site also has millions of users and mostly employers and job seekers so your offer might be noticed if you’ll try posting it here.

3. YouTube – Of course, the number one video sharing site where you can share your self-made videos about yourself and your product. Just be creative and someone will find your offer in this site.

4. Slideshare – This is a document sharing site where you can upload presentations in Powerpoint (PPT), DOC and in PDF format (e-book). Also shared by thousands of users around the world and same with Youtube, creativity and being informative is the key.

5. Google+ – This is also part of Google’s sites in social media platform. You can share your offers here but make sure that you provide value first to avoid being ignored.

6. Blogger – This is another Google site for free blogging. You can create free blog that will showcase your product. There are many tweaks you can make here aside from being a free blog interface; you can also create a squeeze page if you already have a third party autoresponder service. You are free to put links, pictures, videos (embed) and many more.

7. Tinyurl.com and bit.ly – These are URL shortener sites that you can use to avoid being banned in social media sites while posting your affiliate or business links.

8. Clickmeter – This is a link shortener and tracker site. You can shorten your links here and monitor traffic that comes to your links. It has free and paid membership which is useful if you are handling many links.

9. Pinoy Forum Sites – Start as a member and comments on questions that you know. Once you spend a week in a site, you can edit your signature and put the link of your product. Comment as often to get noticed. Top Philippine forum sites: Symbianize, Pinoy Exchange, Pinoyden, PHcorner, Pinoy Money Talk, etc.

10. Email Marketing Tool/Autoresponder – If you’re serious with your business, you might want this badly since it can help you build your list of prospects whom you can promote your business thru email in a regular basis and you can also do follow ups. Monthly subscription is required in this service though but you can try their free trials for one month. This will automate the process of promoting, prospecting, selling, closing, and then get sales. Here you can implement squeeze page or landing page to connect with your targeted buyers. Example: GetResponse, Aweber, Mailchimp, etc.

11. Domain name and hosting – Talking about serious online business, these two are partners. To be able to reach the whole world without too much promotion, running a hosted blog is an advantage. So domain name as the name of your site and web hosting to host your files. This also requires monthly or annual subscription that’s why it’s for serious online marketers aiming for long term business. Example: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, Hostgator, iPage, etc.

12. Classified Ads – There are many of these sites that you can post ads for free. You may try this since many users are searching opportunities from these sites.

13. Weebly – This is also another free site for blogging or making landing pages of your product.

14. Wix – Drag and drop site for blogging and business purposes with comes with templates and nice GUI.

15. Webinars – If you want your prospects to see you presenting your product live, then secure one of these sites that offers webinar event capability.

There are a lot of online marketing tools to mention and I’m giving you now the opportunity to figure the rest out.

Good luck and please share this if it helps. Thank you.

Important Things That You Need to Consider in Creating a Video Presentation

Before making any video presentation for your product, you need to have the belief that your product has its potential to help your customers. Believe that it can change the lives of your customers and believe that it will become a commodity in your niche. Know the purpose on why you need to market your product to targeted customers.

So to start, here are the important things that you need to consider in creating a video presentation:

Example you are making a presentation for “body building” product.

1. Intro – This is made up of three basic components: your story, greetings, and attract attention

a. Your story – This is the part where you can share your story on how you encountered the product and what are your struggles before you found this product.

Example: I am very thin before but I used this product but I gain weight and grow my muscles after deciding to use this product.

b. Greetings – This is the part where you can greet your intended viewers and customers. This will address the audience that this video presentation is for them.

Example: To those who want to build their body like John Cena, hello to you or this
product is for you.

c. Attract attention – With the term itself, it already explain the things that you need to do to catch the attention of your viewers. This is also the part where you need them to hold on to you and make them finish the video because you have something to offer at the end.

Example: You need to finish this video in order to know the basic exercises that I did to build my muscles fast.

2. Ask or address the problem – This is where you will address a related problem to your product and point out the benefits that they can get using your product.

a. Ask a question which will be specifically addressed by your product.

Example: Do you want to be fit?

b. Mention the problem that they have encountered and how did they got into it.

Example: Being thin made girls ignore you. Something like that.

c. Put salt – Mention the worst part if they will not going solve or address that problem.

Example: How do you look today will still be the same in the coming years if you will not do something about it.

3. Present solution – This is the part where you need to provide a solution to the
problems mentioned earlier.

a. This is what I got – Present the name of the product.

Example: This is StonyPacks, a product for building your body and growing your muscles.

b. This is what it will do for you – This is the main entrance of the benefits that you need to highlight for the customer to understand its uses.

Example: This product has free DVD with proven routines on how you can build your muscles fast in two weeks.

c. SWAT – Short for so what? If you mention a solution, always ask ‘what’ after every solution or you need to increment the benefits that it can give or solve the problem.

Example: If you use this, you will learn self-discipline; when you’re disciplined, you’ll never get tired to exercise every day, you’ll never get tired of waking up early, and so on…

4. Proposal – This is where you’ll ask them if they’re interested. This is also the part where you need to address what’s holding them back to refuse your offer or check it later.

a. Price juxtaposition – This is where you have to compare the price of your product to other alternatives which might cost them a lot of money if they will not buy your product.
But, you need to do this in a mild tone and still consider the customer’s decision by saying “It’s your decision…” which makes them think and realize this time.

5. Close – If all the steps above are done, then this is the part where you lead the customer to the product page or to the procedure on how to get this product, and this is called leading.

Call To Action or CTA is also important to specifically instruct them on what to do if they want to learn more or purchase the product right away. It could be instructing them to click the link, button, or email you to get the product.

So that’s it! I hope you’ve learned something from this simple but useful strategy on how to sell products online using video presentation and make sure that you apply this if you are into business which I’m sure the reason why you’re reading this article.

Please share to those in need. Thanks.
